The Foundation

Uttam Home Care was established with a simple yet powerful vision: to bridge the gap between families seeking reliable home care services and skilled professionals looking for meaningful employment opportunities. Founded by Mr. Rajesh Uttam, a former social worker who witnessed firsthand the challenges families faced in finding trustworthy domestic help, our company began operations with just three team members and a commitment to revolutionize the home care industry in Delhi NCR.

Our initial services focused primarily on basic housekeeping and maid services, but even in those early days, we emphasized the importance of thorough background verification, skills assessment, and ongoing support for both clients and service providers. This foundation of trust and quality would become the cornerstone of our success in the years to come.

2015-2016

Expansion and Recognition

By our second year, word-of-mouth referrals had become our primary source of new clients, a testament to the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our growing customer base. We expanded our team to include specialized child care providers and senior care specialists, recognizing the growing need for these services in the rapidly developing NCR region.

During this period, we implemented our first formal training programs, partnering with local NGOs and healthcare providers to ensure our staff members received proper education in their respective fields.
